Howdy, Pardner!
Welcome to my Brand New Blog!
Name's Abigail...Abbey for short. I'm a rootin'-tootin' cowgirl of the North Texas badlands! Actually, I haven't been born yet, but I should be arriving sometime in late September, so watch this space for updates!
My Daddy's going to school to learn how to be a preacher or a teacher. My mommy's a nurse and she gets to deliver babies every day!
My folks have been expecting me for a few months, but they just found out on Friday that I'm a girl. They say that's a good thing because I have a cousin named Jayme who's already been born and she has lots of clothes to hand down to me. (You can read all about her on her blog -- http://jaymelynndavis.blogspot.com) I can't wait to meet her!
Granddaddy and Grammy, Grandpa and Aunt Dawn came down to visit us this weekend and we had a blast! Okay, to be honest, it SOUNDED like we had a blast. I can't see what's going on out there yet! (Check out the photos below--I'm not real thrilled with the photo of me. It just doesn't do me justice!)
Mommy says it's going to be a long, hot summer, but that's okay, because she doesn't like cold weather. I just hope she stays cool, because it's already hot as blue blazes in here!
